A message from the Principal

Welcome to Oconto Elementary School. We are a 4K-4th grade elementary school and are also home to the local Head Start program. Along with a rigorous core curriculum, we provide enrichment opportunities for all students.

About Oconto Elementary School

Oconto Elementary School serves about 360 students, typically ranging in ages from 3 to 10.  Our grade levels span Early Childhood, 4 Year Kindergarten, and Kindergarten through 4th Grade.  We are an Achievement Gap Reduction (AGR) school and a Schoolwide Title school, allowing us to deploy a wide range of resources to meet our students’ needs.

Built in 2000, Oconto Elementary School is a modern building, bringing the best of 21st century technology into our classrooms.  In the summer of 2022, our building underwent amazing renovations, allowing us to more easily adapt to a flexible learning framework to meet the needs of all students. 

 We work daily to build our students into Leaders and Learners, Today and Tomorrow.
