SUMMER SCHOOL COURSE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the instructions below to register your student(s) for summer school. Note: if you do not have a parent portal account or are having trouble logging into the system, please email help@oconto.k12.wi.us, and they will provide you with your login information. 

  1. Go to the parent portal website. https://wicloud2.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/oconto.jsp.

  2. Choose Campus Parent and enter your username and password. 

  3. Once logged in, you will go to the MORE option in the left-hand menu. 

  4. Choose COURSE REGISTRATION and choose the SUMMER SCHOOL option. 

  5. If you have multiple children, be sure you have selected the correct student you wish to enroll in summer school. You will notice the student you are on by the picture of the student in the upper right-hand corner. If this is not the correct student, you can click on the drop-down arrow by the student's picture in the upper right corner and switch to the correct student. 

  6. Next, select the blue ADD COURSE option and click the plus symbol to add the course your student wants. Once you click the plus symbol, you will have two options: Request and Alternative - Choose the REQUEST option and NOT Alternative. 

  7. If your child has been recommended by their teachers for academic Reading and/or Math classes, you should have received a text and email indicating which course(s) they would benefit from. 

  8. Repeat this step for all the courses your student would like to take for summer school. Select 5 REQUESTED COURSES for a full schedule (even though this will only show 50%).  Be sure to choose the REQUEST option and NOT Alternative for each course. 

  9. Once five courses have been requested, select 2 ALTERNATIVE COURSES.  If, for some reason, a course does not run or there is a scheduling conflict, your student will be placed into one of the alternative classes, so be sure your ALTERNATIVE CLASSES are something your student is interested in. 

  10. Enrollment will show 50% COMPLETE.  This is ok. It is how the system is set up.

  11. Once 5 COURSES HAVE BEEN REQUESTED and 2 COURSES HAVE BEEN CHOSEN AS ALTERNATIVE, registration is complete.

  12. You will repeat the above process for any other students you want to enroll. 

Once you are done enrolling your child(ren) in classes, please take a moment to ensure your contact phone numbers are up to date. You can do this by clicking on the "Today" option in the left-hand menu to refresh your screen and then clicking on the "More" option in the left-hand menu, then choose Family Information. Phone numbers can be updated under the Contact Information heading.  After verifying that there are two accurate phone numbers on file, you can exit the portal. 

FORMS RECEIVED AFTER SUNDAY, MARCH 16, 2025, WILL BE PROCESSED BASED ON REMAINING COURSE AVAILABILITY.
